He combines formal training at top agencies with lived experience to design trips that respect mobility, sensory, cognitive, and medical needs. Under his leadership, our team personally inspects properties, coordinates equipment, and advocates with suppliers, so every journey feels predictable, dignified, and genuinely accessible.
