Our team, including a dedicated Accessibility Inspector, vets properties on a regular basis. We review door widths, bathroom layouts, ramp gradients, elevator locations, and emergency exit routes. We note bed heights, space around furniture for turning mobility devices, and whether grab bars and roll‑in showers are present and usable. We also pay attention to sensory factors such as lighting, noise, and crowd flow, which matter deeply for autistic and neurodivergent travelers. We speak directly with property staff, confirm their understanding of mobility, sensory, and cognitive needs, and ask for photos and measurements when our own inspections are not yet possible.
